Though the official schedule is yet to be confirmed, the marquee India-Pakistan clash is expected to happen on March 1, 2025. However, India's participation is still pending BCCI approval due to travel considerations.

The ICC Champions Trophy will make its return after a seven-year break, with its last edition in 2017 seeing Pakistan lift the trophy under Sarfaraz Ahmed’s captaincy.
