Job done by Hridoy

Towhid and Jaker Ali steadied the chase before hitting boundaries in the 12th over. Jaker drove Jongwe over midwicket for his first six after Hridoy hit him through point for four. Hridoy's finesse came to the fore when he edged Raza through third man for four.

When Richard Ngarava dismissed Jaker in the 14th over, it brought together Bangladesh's best openers. With 33 needed from the last four overs, Hridoy and Mahmudullah brought the chase under control with a partnership of 16 off Jongwe's 17th over.

Mahmudullah smashed Richard Ngarava over midwicket for a 103-metre six and Hridoy sent him over fine leg for another six to all but end the match.
