Pollock is now in a better condition

South African cricket icon Graeme Pollock is said to be recuperating well after a suspected stroke.

On Wednesday, Spook Hanley, Pollock's former teammate at Transvaal, visited the 80-year-old at Sunninghill Hospital:

“They asked me about a rehab centre for Graeme, who tells me he’s getting better. He’s still walking with help but talking better and he’s making sense, which he didn’t with all the meds he was on in the intensive care unit.”

Hanley stated that Pollock had received many visitors this week.
