KZN Dolphins are confident as they take on EP Warriors in Thursday's T20 Challenge semi-final at Kingsmead.
The Dolphins have won five games on the road to the play-offs.
It's been a tournament in which the Dolphins have successfully rotated their squad, with players coming in and out of the side. This has kept the squad in good shape as they look to reach a third T20 final in four seasons.
The Dolphins were unfortunate to lose leading run-scorer Bryce Parsons to injury, but the opening batsman is fit for the semi-final.
Coach Imraan Khan believes his side is in the best possible shape for the match:
“It’s great to see the form that the team has been in lately and we’ve built a lot of confidence through the tournament.”
Throughout the competition, the Dolphins have had several players who have stepped up and delivered. For Khan, having that depth has been crucial in getting them where they want to go.
The Warriors dominated the early stages of the competition and were the team to beat in the first half of the T20 Challenge.
