T20 Challenge wrap: Lions vs Dragons

The Lions, who came in second place, won big by thrashing the North West Dragons by 10 wickets at the Wanderers.

Despite winning the toss and batting, the Potchefstroom-based team could only manage an underwhelming 85 all out.

Every bowler shone for the hosts, with rookie Nqaba Peter's figures of 3-22 being the best. Wiaan Mulder (2-9) and Lutho Sipamla (2-18) also took doubles.

Zubayr Hamza and Connor Esterhuizen both scored unbeaten 41 runs off 28 balls, leading their team to victory with 64 balls to spare.
