Lancashire and batter Tom Bruce have mutually agreed to terminate his contract, allowing him to return to New Zealand for the birth of his second child. Bruce, 32, had signed a one-year overseas contract with Lancashire for the 2024 season in January.
During his stint with the club, Bruce, a New Zealand T20 international, appeared in 16 matches across various formats for the Old Trafford team. In the County Championship, he participated in seven games for the Division Two side, amassing 271 runs with an average of 24.63.
